How do i change my shipping address?

Please submit requests to change the shipping address as soon as possible. After the order has been shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed or altered. refund or exchange.

When will my order ship?

All of our products are made on-demand; therefore, please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be produced shipped. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking information for your order. If you don’t receive this email, please reach out to us at support@witthreads.com, and we’ll be happy to send it to you!

Do you offer any overnight or express shipping options?

At this time, we don't offer any express or expedited shipping options.

My order has been marked as delivered but I didn’t receive it?

We completely understand that this must be incredibly frustrating and worrisome for you! We, however, recommend waiting for 72-hours to pass before contacting us as it's quite a command occurrence for USPS or other shipping carriers to mark a package prematurely as delivered. In the meantime, we highly recommend checking your shipping address to ensure it is correct. Also, please check with close-by neighbors to ensure the package wasn't mistakenly delivered to them by mistake. After confirming the shipping address is correct and waiting the recommended 72-hours, please contact us, and we'll contact the shipping carrier for further information. Please note that it may take several days for us to receive a response from the shipping carrier in some cases.
