How long do I have to return or exchange my order?

After your order has been delivered, you have up to 14 days to request a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, return, or exchange requests will not be granted after 14 days of the delivery date.

How do I exchange my order?

You must go through the return process after your return has been expected and received to exchange your purchase. You’ll be issued a refund for your order. You can then place a new order for the preferred product.

Am I eligible to return or exchange my purchase?

Most orders are eligible for return or exchange except for promotional or sale items.

Please note, All returned items must be in their original condition. If the item or item(s) have been worn or damaged in any way, they won’t be eligible for a return.

What should be included in the return package?

Any original recipes and invoice papers and the merchandise approved for the return.

What should I do if I received damaged or incorrect merchandize?

Please contact us at support@witthreads.com with the following information:

  1. Name or Order Number.
  2. Images displaying the damaged, defective or incorrect merchandise.
  3. Whether you prefer to have the damaged or incorrect merchandise replaced or refunded.

 

Please note, regardless of which of the above options you prefer, a return will not be required on the damaged merchandise.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

The following items are ineligible for return:

  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Promotional or sale products.
  • Products that have been worn or used.

 

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused. Items must not be damaged in any way. Damaged being, deodorant or perfume stains, pet hair, or any other stain/element. If any returned merchandise doesn’t meet these standards, your return will be rejected, and you will be subject to additional shipping expenses.

The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling all returned items unless clearly outlined via advertisement or promotional.
